3/17 - Note from Melanie to all parents:

Your kids sound great! Thank you for helping them practice with these tracks!

Avel has wisely and courageously switched from tenor to alto. Noah may have as well. Some of the other 1st tenors may want to do the same. A few other 1st tenors (Thomas and both Jameses, I think) may be trying 2nd tenor for certain songs, and some 2nds have switched to 1st (Jackson, I believe).

I would rather have kids sing where they can do so comfortably than have them push or strain for more balanced harmonies.

Please encourage your child to try various lines if they’re not sure which to sing, and do whichever feels best for them. Singing the melody in whichever octave feels most comfortable is a good option.

Rehearsals
Rehearsal call times will typically be 1-3 hours. Possible rehearsal times are:
M-T-Th 3:00 - 8:00pm
Wed 1:30 - 5:30
Some Saturdays
Actors will be called for only some of the rehearsal times listed and never for the entire timeframe. The possible rehearsal times have been extended to allow us to accommodate performers with other activities.

Beginning Monday March 7th - Thursday March 10th. Every week thereafter, Mondays - Thursdays March 14th - May 5th.
